- 12 scallops
- 12 slices black truffle
- 1 shallot finely chopped
- ½ dl parmesan finely grated
- 4 tbs brown butter
Use brown butter to fry the shallots.
Pour oil into another frying pan, wipe scallops dry and fry them.
Place on a plate, pour over brown butter.
Add a slice of truffle and finely grated parmesan.
