Ingredients
 
 

  • 12 scallops
  • 12 slices black truffle
  • 1 shallot finely chopped
  • ½ dl parmesan finely grated
  • 4 tbs brown butter

Instructions
 

  • Use brown butter to fry the shallots.
  • Pour oil into another frying pan, wipe scallops dry and fry them.
  • Place on a plate, pour over brown butter.
  • Add a slice of truffle and finely grated parmesan.
