Scallops with truffle and parmesan

Ingredients
  

  • 12 pcs scallops
  • 12 slices black truffle
  • 1 shallot finely chopped
  • ½ dl parmesan finely grated
  • 4 tbsp brown butter

Method
 

  1. Use brown butter to sauté the shallot.
  2. Heat oil in another pan, pat the scallops dry and sear them quickly over high heat.
  3. Place on a plate and drizzle with brown butter.
  4. Top with a slice of truffle and finely grated parmesan.
