Ingredients
  

  • 12 scallops
  • 12 slices black truffle
  • 1 shallot finely chopped
  • ½ dl parmesan finely grated
  • 4 tbsp brown butter

Method
 

  1. Sauté the shallot in brown butter.
  2. Heat oil in another pan, dry the scallops and sear them quickly over high heat.
  3. Place on a plate and drizzle with brown butter.
  4. Top with a slice of truffle and finely grated parmesan.
