  • 400 g asparagus beans
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbs butter
  • 2 tbs olive oil mild

  1. Cut the ends of the beans
  2. Blanch the beans in boiling water for 2-3 minutes
  3. Finely chop the garlic
  4. Melt butter in a pan and add the oil
  5. Add beans and garlic, fry them for a short time
  6. Add salt and pepper to your liking
