Ingredients

  • puff pastry
  • crème fraîche
  • onion
  • bacon
  • munster cheese

Method

  1. Set the oven at 225 degrees
  2. lay the puff pastry on a baking tray and roll it thin
  3. add crème fraîche in a thin layer
  4. add onion and bacon, the onion can be pre-fried so it becomes softer, I never do that
  5. cut the munster cheese into thin slices and place on top
  6. into the oven until it is ready, the color should be dark but not burnt (flambée)
  7. cut into small mouthfuls and serve.

Notes

Tips: Rull deigen ekstra tynn — nesten gjennomsiktig.
