This rub fits perfectly with Beer can chicken, but its also good with pig.

Lovely rub for chicken and pork
- 45 g Brown sugar
- 5 ms paprika powder
- 3 ms black pepper
- 4 ms coarse salt
- 2 ts onion powder
- 2 ts garlic powder
- 2 ts celery seeds
- 1 ts cayenne pepper
- Mix everything well.
