Basrub

This rub fits perfectly with Beer can chicken, but its also good with pig.

If you want the stronger one, you can add more Cayenne pepper or a stronger pepper spice.

Ingredients
  

  • 45 g Brown sugar
  • 5 ms paprika powder
  • 3 ms black pepper
  • 4 ms coarse salt
  • 2 ts onion powder
  • 2 ts garlic powder
  • 2 ts celery seeds
  • 1 ts cayenne pepper

Method
 

  1. Mix everything well.
  2. Lats a few weeks in the fridge.
